At Howlitee, we strive to deliver your custom apparel and products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy, outlining processing times, delivery estimates, costs, and more to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time
All Howlitee products are made to order, meaning your order goes through the following stages: order in queue, production, and delivery.

• Order in Queue
  Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and your order will be placed in our queue for 24 hours before production begins. During this time, you can modify order details (e.g., size, color, quantity, or shipping address) or cancel for a full refund.
  Note: Business days are Monday through Saturday. Order cutoff time is 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00).
• Production Time
  It typically takes 2–4 business days to create your product, depending on the item ordered. Below are the estimated production times for each product type:

Delivery Time
After production, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping partners (USPS, UPS, or DHL), depending on the product and destination. Delivery times vary based on location and product type:

• United States: 3-7 business days for all products (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Hawaiian Shirts, Ugly Sweaters, Posters, Mugs, Yard Signs, Blankets, Quilts).
• International Orders: 7-15 business days.
  Note: Delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, or other disruptions.

All orders come with a tracking link, which we’ll email to you so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Partners
We work with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, depending on the product and delivery address.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the destination and order size, but we keep it simple:

• United States Flat Rate: $5 per order (regardless of the number of items).
• International Flat Rate: $9 per order.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.

Currency: All payments and refunds are processed in USD.

Multiple Addresses
We currently support shipping to a single address per order. For deliveries to multiple locations, please place separate orders with the respective addresses.

PO Box Delivery
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes.

Taxes & Customs Fees

• United States: No additional taxes are charged by Howlitee.
• International Orders: We do not charge taxes or customs fees, but recipients are responsible for any applicable VAT, duties, or customs charges. These vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
